摘要: 選擇健康泌乳后期的中國荷斯坦奶牛3 頭,采用3 ×3 拉丁方設(shè)計,在基礎(chǔ)日糧中分別添加0 、8 、15 g/ (頭·d) 的煙酸,試驗期63 d ,研究了日糧中添加不同水平的煙酸對熱應(yīng)激奶牛生產(chǎn)性能、血清生化指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果表明:煙酸對熱應(yīng)激狀態(tài)的奶牛直腸溫度和呼吸頻率影響未達(dá)顯著水平;日糧中添加8 、15 g/ (頭·d) 煙酸奶牛的產(chǎn)奶量分別比對照組提高29. 9 %、22. 0 %( P <0105) ,4 %標(biāo)準(zhǔn)乳產(chǎn)量比對照組分別提高了28. 5 %和21. 5 %( P < 0105) ,且不同添加水平間無顯著差異( P > 0。05) ,添加煙酸對奶牛的乳蛋白、乳脂和乳糖含量影響未達(dá)到顯著水平;2 個試驗組都能夠維持奶牛血清皮質(zhì)醇水平的基本恒定,降低了膽固醇和甘油三酯的水平,但與對照組相比差異不顯著( P > 0. 05) 。綜合分析表明,給熱應(yīng)激奶牛補飼煙酸有助于緩解熱應(yīng)激,煙酸適宜添加量為8 g/ d。

Abstract : To determine t he effect s of supplemental niacin on t he performance , p hysiological and

biochemical parameter of serum of heat2st ressed dairy cows , an experiment was carried out using

t hree healt h Chinese Hol stein cows in latter lactation under hot environment . According to a 3 ×3 Latin square design , t he basal diet s supplemented wit h 0 , 8 , 15 g/ d niacin in each cow wereused as negative cont rol group A , experimental group B , and C , which were carried out for 63days.
