On Feb 22 and 23, the vice president Ma Shunyou lead the Security and Environmental Protection Division, the Production Quality Division and relating divisions checked each production department and Kaijiang River Construction Site.

At the Inspection and Repair Site, Ma Shunyou highlighted the check of relevant certificates holding for workers and execution of the safety institution. Announced each department must follow the inspection and repair scheme, analyze and prevent potential risk, implement responsible person, enhance the field supervision. Require the outsourcing company must assign the responsibility agreement.
